National Service personnel are offered the opportunity to join the company's management trainee programme whilst undertaking their national service with Samartex, thereby adding value to themselves whilst serving the nation. Such personnel on completion of their service are able to continue working with Samartex.

The National Service Secretariat is responsible for postings to all companies. However in the near future a screening procedure would include a preselection and interviews for personnel sent to Samartex.
