Samartex Product: Plywood
Samartex Plywood Mill has over 50 years experience in plywood manufacturing. With an annual capacity of 25,000m3 it is one of the largest and most stable plywood production units in Ghana and West Africa.
The Plywood Mill is equipped with four modern head sanding lines, 10 daylight plywood presses and four deck dryers.
Quality
Continuous checks of all our products ensure superior quality.
Plywood machinery consists of rotary peeling veneers from prepared logs, drying the veener, clipping and joining it, spreading, trimming, grading and packing.
We take samples from every batch of plywood made during the course of a day's production. These samples are taken to the company's quality control laboratories ready for testing.
The SAXPLY Label
Our motivation to quality control lies in the SAXPLY label on every crate. A clear indication to everybody that we accept full responsibility for our material.
Commitment of our factory staff combined with the best hardwood species in the world ensures a product that meets highest international quality and standards.
